We are leaders in the Weighing industry and have been continuously maintaining and servicing equipment for 30 years.  We employ qualified Engineers and tradespersons and continue to develop as a team by supporting  TAFE and in house training.  We service the local butcher, the vendors at the Sunday markets and the big names like Qantas, BHP & Taubmans.

No Contract

You don’t need a contract, you need a QUOTE.

 Our quote, generally valid for 12 months, details the service we will provide, guarantees the rates and the frequency of visit. Accept our quotation and we will get on with the job of maintaining and repairing your equipment.  No Contract.

It is difficult to stay competitive in an environment where our competitors maintain scales with a bottle of “spray and wipe” and a 20Kg test weight, but our pledge to you is we will perform the agreed service according to industry best practice.  We still use “spray & Wipe” but load scales to capacity. Our technicians are educated to appreciate the work you give to us and they will provide the value that gives you peace of mind.  They know you are paying their wages.

Equipment, resources and engineered solutions.

Behind our team of technicians are tertiary qualified engineers.  This positions us uniquely to handle the more complicated systems that are associated with modern control systems.  Our engineers are able to diagnose issues to low levels when required.  When not used by our service team the engineers are advancing and managing our product designs.

All our “techs” are equipped with 1 tonne traytop vehicles fitted out with common spares, test masses and tools.  We are efficient and professional.

We also have specialised weight carrying vehicles from 2 tonne to our flagship rig which totes  40 tonne and has Hiab and forklift on board.

We are experts in silo and hopper calibrations with proprietary solutions for hydraulically loading your systems at great savings over our competitors.

We Care

Weighing is our business, it has been good to us, and we are passionate about it. The thing that sets us apart from our competitors is we care.  We value the routine business because frankly that’s where the money is, but when the chips are down and you need service, we will come through for you 365 days, 24/7 (yes, 365 days).  In the unlikely event one of our 40 technicians is not available to assist, then the managing director Jeffrey Baillie will be there……Of course for the same low fee.
