Bradwood Model P.V.P.E and valve bag feeders are reliable , simple construction with proven effieciency. PVPE VALVE BAG FILLER (pneumatic valve packaging equipment) is an air flow valve bagger designed to fill dry, granulated powdered of flaked products into valve bags. The unit is a gross weigh type machine, ensuring that all product is in the bag at the time of final weighment. The air flow system is capable of high production rates while maintaining good accuracies. The machine is ruggedly constructed , complemented by top quality pneumatic and electronic components.

Developed over the last 25 years and refined with the latest automation components, the P.V.P.E comes in configurations from simplistic manual placement of valve bags by hand through to a fully automated placement and removal and when linked with further Bradwood products a complete filling to palletizing line can be achieved.

How It Works:

The p.v.p.e packer in its basic format and in simplistic terms works on differential pressure between the chamber where the product is stored and atmosphere where the product comes out of the nozzle (where valve bag is placed). Once the aeration pad fluidizes the product in the chamber these differentials will cause the product to naturally flow and fill valve bags at rates typically 5-8 bags per minute@ 20kg
